The Ontario Job Grant (OJG)

The Ontario Job Grant (OJG) provides direct financial support to help individual employers purchase short-term training for their existing and new employees. OJG supports eligible training costs up to a maximum of $10,000 per trainee, with additional flexibility for small employers. Small employers (less than 100 employees) are required to make minimum one-sixth cash contributions towards eligible training costs.

How We Secure Full Funding

We combine government funding with private funding so that you never have to reach your hand in your pocket. To access OJG funding, small employers (less than 100 employees) are required to make minimum one-sixth cash contributions towards eligible training costs. While the OJG funding cannot be combined with other government funding our network of private funders have no such restriction.
