The Province of British Columbia and the Canadian Federal Government are working together to provide partial funding to help BC businesses create new opportunities for employee growth through corporate training. By combining this provincial and federal funding with our own network of private funders, we help BC businesses capture fully funded training opportunities.

B.C. Employer Training Grant (ETG)

The B.C. Employer Training Grant (ETG) offers funding to businesses of all sizes to support skills training for their current workforce and prospective new hires. Designed to help British Columbians adapt to evolving job market demands, the program promotes active employer participation in workforce development. By covering up to 80% of training costs (up to $10,000 per employee and a maximum of $300,000 per employer annually) the grant helps employers invest in training that enhances employee job security and career advancement. Employers can apply as often as needed within the funding limits.

How We Secure Full Funding

We combine government funding with private funding so that you never have to reach your hand in your pocket. To access ETG funding, employers are required to make minimum one-fifth cash contributions towards eligible training costs. While the ETG funding cannot be combined with other government funding, our network of private funders have no such restriction.
